I was thinking a teeny tiny bit about it.
But I don't get the feeling that its a must have, more like nice to have.

I think its a nice feature bcs I speeds along the process which is done with a mic ingame.
The thing I hate most about gathers is the waiting aspect of it.

You need to keep in mind though:
The waiting is not caused by people deciding their lifeforms, it's caused by people not even joining the teamspeak or server or both untill 20 minutes after the teams were picked...

there is a rule (the 11th) for that. Don't hesitate to denounce those who make more than 10MIN to be ready..
