A little update again on the NS MEETING FINLAND GODAMN!

I did not manage to get the epic cabin of eternal luxury (it was only available for the 9-10th, not the Saturday night(fever))
, but I did get a more spartan and simpler cabin, I rented two of them which basically means that 8 people will sleep in these two cabins. If we are more coming they will have to switch during the days between a tent and the cabin or we can try to arrange something.

What this means is, that it will be a lot cheaper for everyone. It's only 32 euros/per person/2 nights now, so that's the good news. But as I said, the cabins are simple, there's no tv or dvd or anything like that. But I was thinking of renting a big-ass sauna down by the beach at the camping area, but we'll have to see that later.

The 8 first to pay the 32 euros will be the ones staying there. This we will do really soon, this or next week, I'll try to notify everyone at the same time.
The cabins looks like this, and they are next to each other at the camping area.



If there are any questions, feel free to ask me. The NS Meeting will be on a Friday and Saturday (9-11th of July). That is Friday to Sunday, but on Sunday we part ways and never see each other again and forget these regrettable things we did.

It's at Rastila Camping, that's in Vuosaari. And I think the dudes out of town first go in the cabins, and if there's spots left then you go there, does that sound reasonable?

Srsly guys, this is all you guys can say about this? Not one godamn response except from Dugi (from Spain) and Aleksi. A bit more enthusiasm/debate about his meeting would be in order. Or people just don't read that much shit here.

I would at least expect a "woop woop" about this meeting or something in that fashion.

And you have to put some effort into getting shit done for this, I can't carry all you guys from Oulu/Pori/Vaasa/Mouhijärvi/Iisalmi to Helsinki, if I was fucking Goliat I would, but we all know that isn't the case. So what you can do is to organize some kind of kimppakyyti together if someone owns a functioning car and share the gas-money. This you have to do all on your own. If you pay me the gas-money I can come pick you up at all these places with my Volkswagen Polo.

Look at this as you would look at a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity and/or a extended weekend to see Helsinki. We will tear shit up and have some godamn fun. I will make my famous lasagna on Friday for everyone, and I swear to God, this is the best fucking lasagna you will ever have... EVER.

If people are worried about that they can't afford beer or the gas then I'm sure we can arrange some compromise, as in: I will have to ask us Helsinki dudes to give like 10 euros to this, which we can pay a % of the gas-money + beer.

I'm glad you asked. To answer your question, yes they allow visitors but they will take an extra fee if we're a lot of people (like more than 5 that aren't gonna stay there). But I reckon it's not much.

The agenda is as so, if you want to dive into details.

Friday.

16.00: We gather up at the camping-area, people will be dropping in so and so, meeting and greeting. A gather irl if you will. This will take place next to the cabins.

17.00: Per request I will make lasagna (I'm not joking) for everyone, and we will grill some steaks and/or sausages. We will dine, talk and get to know each other.


18.00: The cooking is well underway and the first beer have been popped a long time ago, and the "salon-buzz" will be a fact. We are socializing Finnish style.

19.00: We take a 'lil relax-session after the food, enjoy the scenery and discuss shit/play beach football/volleyball

20.00: This is the time to move on into the sauna we have rented down by the beach, if people don't want to do that they can stay by the cabins.


I will personally slap Dugis back with the traditional "vihta", like so:


21.00: We chill, we drink, we enjoy ourselves.. The sky's the limit. We will slowly start moving towards the city with the metro.

22.00: By this time we will have reached a German restaurant called Zinnkeller in the city centre by Kruunuhaka where I have reserved a big-ass table for all of us. Those who don't want to eat don't have to, and those who do (like me) will order in whatever they like. I chose this restaurant 'cause it is in a beautiful part of Helsinki (near the sea) and is at walking distance to where ever we want to go after that.



23.00-24.00: Now we are moving towards a nightclub/bar of our choice. I'm leaning towards Belly , Old Anchor , Nolla, Rotterdam, We Got Beef or pretty much anything. Bars that serve good beer and/or electro-clubs are fine with me. I won't come to Onnela,clubs that Sedu Koskinen owns or anywhere where I might see Johanna Tukiainen.

01.00: We stroll and/or stay at a given place and check out more clubs or bars, people who want to go back to the camping-area can do so. You can do whatever you like really, I'm not your mom, but I will take care of you. You are my brothers.

03.00-04.00: We take a big taxi back to Rastila camping or my girlfriend will drive us there/you and share the expenses.



Saturday (godamn you Vartija for making me do this).

10.00-14.00: People might be hungover and we shall take that in consideration, so I will pick up pizzas/food for those who wa.. Needs it and deliver it to you at the camping-area. Those who want to can join me for a tour of the city or whatever the hell you want to. I'm all for going to Linnanmäki and riding the carnival-thingies (it's a bit expensive though).

14.00-20.00: Is all up for suggestion, it's pretty much free-roaming mode at this point.

Everybody IS welcome, but I must give a heads up that most of us "know" each other from years of gaming, but that doesn't mean we are gonna "know" each other IRL. It's tricky. I started playing NS in 2005 so I might get bullied somewhat (but I watched my brother play one year before that).

The ones who are coming is: Bacillus, Mokezi (marko), Zakj (Vallan Haamu), Vision, Aleksi, Syntax Of Lill-bo, Mulkmulkmulkmulk, Ama (Amagai), oma, IsoK (K), Dugi (doogie, veil of maya, whatever), Kuitmo, Koira!!1 (Henzee), skutti, Yufa and last but not least enigmatic´(niggz´)
