Alright, I'm a spastic when it comes to key configuration, won't go into detail on what keys I use but I'm having difficulty finding the command/key to making structures hotkeys bound to keys 12345. I know it used to be H before I messed around with my configs, I've tried reinstalling, deleting, remaking configs and trying impulse commands, yet I've still no idea what the key/bind is, can anyone help? :)

select, ctrl(or shift i dont actually remember lol) + number [edit: though in my setup both of those keys are bound to crouch so it might be crouch too :P)

I think's that's actually your Crouch button, i've seen people having trouble when we would say " use ctrl + number " because they didn't use ctrl to crouch

Yeah, thanks for that, I guess the only reason my original crouch wouldn't work was because it was a different commander hotkey, so problem solved!
