Today it is exactly 2 years since the very first "alpha version" of duplex played it's very first match. To mark the anniversary I did a rough writeup on the history of the team on our homepage. I couldn't fit it into one newspost and the site is kind of borked at the moment, but it's there. If anyone are interested, here are the links.

Yeah, people left the team yesterday. I worked 2 months to get the team active again after Wob left the team, that finally succeeded last saturday, now 6 days ago. Obviously players are out of practice with a break like that, with people being on holidays and generally just not playing much ns2 during the summer time. But some people didn't seem to comprehend that and expected us to back at the same level as before, instantly. And since that wasn't the case they left the team in favor of other teams, while others are taking breaks from the game. I don't know what I am gonna do myself yet, I'm pretty bummed over this. Might quit the game(and league admining) or find another team, I don't know yet. I feel I wasted the last few months trying to get the team running again and frankly can't be arsed to do it all over again just to risk the same thing happening. Anyway, duplex had some good runs. Not many teams get to the age of 2 years. Thanks to everyone who played for duplex these years, I had fun times with all of you.

Im so sad on how things happened on Duplex, sometimes it happens. You know that my team is having a rough start at S3 and i almost got my team disbanded because of lacking the old (hard) guys, and now i`ve got a new lineup with NS1 friendstrying to work and improve as we did in the past NS1 competitions.

I know very well that the summer didnt make any good for the NS2 scene, and now the "coming back" to regular Season is being very hard for many teams.

Don`t leave the secene man, you`re the one who is being the best (atm) managing the ENSL, and if you leave, there will be a huge empty spot on the ENSL head admin.

If a player retires (like archea`s ones) we`re going to miss nice matches, but without a guy like you, this site can be overtaken by chaos and mayhem hehe. :P

I hope you can get duplex back for S4 (and any cup in between xD) or at elast join in any team which good skill and mood, you deserve it.

@Verslayer Well, I am not going to just leave the league without giving blind(head admin) some time to find a proper replacement for me(season admin :P). And I haven't yet decided if I am going to leave at all.

All I know is that I won't be managing both a team and the league, it's simply too much managing for me and it caused me to barely have any time left to play or do real life stuff. So duplex will never return unless Johs(aka BigBanana) takes it up again.

Thanks for the encouraging comments, but I'm not sure what is going to happen yet.

1.)I was talking to swalk!

My post actually shows that i know his profession .. so a smaart person would have guessed that i actually talked to him about other stuff than ensl too .. unlike you obviously !

2.) Since a smart person could have grasped that i am kind of friendly with swalk in general most ppl would have grasped the later following "but srsly" as a CLEAR SIGN to not take the above to seriously!

3.) When you are as lovely as you are and tell someone to take an overdose ... you actually should consider NOT TALKING EVER ! .. or maybe only to a therapist !

4.) My conclussion .. Danny must be very lonely in Sweden cause the major populaation must be very sad and horrible bad raised by their parents !

I Mean, right now we are strugling with the scheduling.. and the last post we need right now is some "shit" talking about ENSL, i was really close to stop ENSL until a friendly team want to pick me up, and experience the meaning of flash lerking... So please, skip the sarcastic talking about ENSL, cause everything in the comment field could be picked up as negative, if you dont have like YOLO,SWAG,ILOOKGOODHASHTAG#,ENSL and so on.. if you know what i mean, and by the way.. im drunk as hell when im writing this :D
