So WHY does the cdt NOT include nsl badges? Because the nsl is not an OFFICIAL league?

How entitled do you have to be to DEMAND others to work for free for you?

Not even the people that played in the NS2WC got badges (which WAS an official tournament), why would we suddenly have NSL badges? Are you going to be doing the implementation and maintenance afterwards including updating the list of people with badges every season? No?

And in the end, last word for putting things into the game is UWE's, not the CDT's.

Fuck off with your entitlement, thanks. You can do this shit perfectly on your end with no outside help, so stop being crybabies and fucking do it.

May I ask how many players are taking part in this slack discussion? And how many of them are taw?

We're secretly taking over the NSL and aim to ruin competitive NS2 so much, we'll be the only teams left playing. Victory by any means necessary.

Badges are pay 2 win. (I'm joking) Seriously though, I think its pretty idiotic that we're arguing with each other on such a mundane subject. Badges are a dumb aesthetic, especially for season champions.

In the coming days, we will be creating a public document with all the discussion ideas (Good & Bad) about Comp Mod. Once we have picked through, weeded out, and fine-tuned our ideas we will ask for input on whether we should move forward with implementing an idea. Please understand these ideas have been in no way, shape, or form a group consensus. Basically every idea that has been presented has been met with criticism on one end. I'm a little annoyed that some people have posted their ideas here in what seems like an effort to draw up more support. Tudy makes a good point about people with no balance experience trying to implement drastic changes (such as a Rocket Launcher) instead of fixing small things first.

Also to this point, we don't have a "Comp Mod Team," we have just been discussing ideas in Slack. Basically anyone is welcome to join if you ask. I can invite you in if you message me. We're still in the works of putting together a team.
