how do you know this is down to a broken graphics card and not a problem with the old engine + 3rd part plugin + modern gfx card?

which part of the gfx card has to break for this to happen?

also- change the plugin spam when the round starts. it says something like "Changing rates will result in a kick" but it seems to kick for other client changes, too. Got booted out for raising fps_max from 111 to 125- had the plugin said "Changing client settings will result in a kick" then i'd have known not to change it.

Sherpa, yes, it can steam, hl, ns, gfx card, dx or graphics drivers but plugin has nothing to do with this, it just runs a client command. Same thing as doing it from the console yourself.
