Peachham is leaving the ENSL staff, as it has been found better not to have any top clan leaders in the staff to ensure, that our decisions are always objective and in the best interest of the competitive scene.

Ok, then remove the mop-up week. Admins in this leage used to start with "We decided(ensl-admins)" not "First of all we are going to have a Mop-Up Week."
Something is changing in admin staff, then you should think about change it or make a bigger/representative staff.
