Before I am going to confirm the final date of the Official, I will address something here:
I have only decided to use this forum to make the decision making public for the admins to see and I can and will edit the date according to the feedback I get from my team. This happend above since I got short time notices that people were not available on the date I assumed to fit well in our scheudle. In future I will handle officals like this: Only if I ask for confirmation for a set date, we can 100 % make it. I hope this clears some misunderstanding.

Now to the important thing:
As suggested before we can (after some problems) make it on the 15.04.2016.
Please confirm. thx.
