For example: The when to Pause who can pause and on what circumstances etc.

i'm going through them right now and just adding a few suggestions on spelling/grammar (take it or leave it).

Yeppp...no reason to suggest new rules, since they are not followed anyway :LUL

I think after the div 3 final it was plain to see that people (myself included) want to see the pause rules tweaked... but its not up to us how that is done.
