I need ur help: I am now at a point where I have to decide between two tfts ( after hours of researching...)
either LG 2261 VP
or
Samsung sync. p2250
there are some ppl who have the same problem as me, but I didnt find any "solution" yet :/.
Has anyone any experience with those two tfts?
thanks :)

Negative. If you're buying them for gaming, I wouldn't buy anything that's not 120Hz. Even if they have quick response time.

ur probably right but I still got my old crt for the really fast stuff.
It´s just that I didnt read so many good stuff about the current 120hz displays. I know that u got one , but as far as I read : 120hz nice but rest "shit" (for the price ;-)) (I wonder that the 120 hz has 5 ms or sth.??).
Possible that I´m wrong but as far as I found out I will still be pretty disappointed from changing from a crt even to a 120hz tft.
Why buy 60hz tft then?
I talked to some1 who has both: 100hz CRT and normal tft and he told me that there is no problem to play "newer games" on a tft. (oh and I doubt ns2 will be that fast :/).
But thanks for the hint jiriki, maybe u can convince me that it´s worth spending more money for a 120hz. :)
