We have had some debate (and also whine) about the divisions lately, and now we decided to delay the 9th ENSL by 1 week. While we were going to publish 3 divisions and schedule, we noticed that the 1st Division would take 7 weeks while the 2 other would take 5 weeks (okay I might be wrong there but if someone wants to do the math and prove otherwise, go ahead). This would mean idle time for the 2nd and 3rd division which was unwanted. Besides, Div2 and Div3 had potentially some very even teams and it was hard to draw a line, so we decided to make one big 2nd Division and split it to two parts: Group A and B. Both groups shall play just like normal divisions for 5 weeks, after that, Semi-Finals will take place, the 1st of Group A will play against the 2nd of Group B and vice versa. The week after that 2nd division finals will be played. And I don't like semis in ENSL but to save my ass, I will say its better than doing nothing, since this is all done while the 1st Division is being played. The 1st Division will take 7 weeks on the 8th week, the Finals shall be played.

Also, because of behaviour from Flatline side in the last ENSL Finals, we are suspending Cosmic for 2 weeks, giving refs full power over server decisions and not recommending Flatline's server.
