i've had audio sections cut from some of my past streams and twitch said it was because of "trademark". so i wouldn't put it past this asshole to report me for Prommah's Rick & Morty trademarked gather music, just to BM

looks like i'm unbanned now. weird. it definitely said i was banned and not allowed to use twitch. I bet tiny dancer (openyafaceup) got all his buddies to all report me to twitch which caused them to temp-ban me while they investigated the report spam...

I also had him being rude to me on the Teamspeak gather channel just before a game was about to start. I had asked the Captain to confirm something as I was having a bit of trouble understanding him because of his accent. I think I said something like "wait so if we spawn here, tunnel over there, if we spawn there, tunnel over here?" - something along those lines. openyafaceup (Tiny Dancer) then said on mic "Wow what a f***ing retard".

I know the BM about Gorgio donating to my channel is unrelated to his behaviour in gathers towards me. However I feel it IS related to his behaviour towards me in general, which I think will continue should nothing be done.
I have asked Gorgio to confirm exactly what he said, nothing more, nothing less.

Can confirm during a pub game session in which we were all on the same team, "I can't believe you donated $1 to Senpai." But was more shocked by obscene verbal insults directed at Senpai via the in game voice-com. Player was quickly muted for toxicity.

For one audio muted on twitch is automatic if it detects copyrighted music. Being banned on twitch is only really speculation.

I've muted people who mic-spam/bm on teamspeak before. Twice I've done this, and funnily enough. The game was lost shortly after. Also openyafaceup was the commander (not captain) for the game he was being rude to me.

Even if he wasn't commander. It's 6v6, it's important to keep communication open with all players especially with so few players.

Honestly it's pretty absurd coming here with complaints of being banned on your Twitch account and then with no evidence, accuse someone of being the reason for it. Who cares if he laughed about someone donating to your Twitch? Your conclusion that "openyaface got all his buddies to all report me to twitch" is ridiculous. You sound paranoid.

So he called you "fucking retarded" and was rude on TS3 one time? Okay. Use the mute button. If we banned people for stuff like this, there wouldn't be many people left to play Gathers. It's the internet, you shouldn't take every little thing said so personally. You're a grown man, right? Be the better guy and ignore it instead of crafting accusations and seeking revenge.

I get that its annoying having someone bm you, but until it reaches some kind of harassment nothing can be done, like others said if the bm bothers you a lot mute and ignore.

Fine i'll perma-mute him on teamspeak. If we lose a gather game because I can't hear him, not my fault. :) How do I ignore him in gather chat? Or is there no option to do so?

Honestly can say that I had nothing to do with your twitch issues .

Constantly getting harassed by your efforts to persuade me to put you on a NSL team was really annoying especially when when you compare yourself to certain players , I found it humorous .

Trolling in gathers was just rude, whether or not i have an issue with someone, then to get put on my team is no reason for me to go out of my way to make their experience un-enjoyable , that's bm .

On a further note, I was quite annoyed at your response on rejection to join up ( deleted and blocked ) when I honestly didn't think i had done anything wrong. I offered you to cast for us and spec and watch this season as we already had our main six and maybe use you as a sub next year , Hence my comments to GorgioArmani, and i do apolagise for that and only that . As we all know the game can be frustrating at times .
